Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Onemaker (the “Service”) is operated by Onemaker.io, Plot No. 3, Dariyapur, Post Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247451, India (“Onemaker”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use apply when you view or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Registration; rules for user conduct

You need to be at least 13 years old to register for and use the Service.

When you sign up, you create a personalised account used to access the Service and to receive messages from us. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorised use of your account.

An account and its plan are for one person or business and can’t be shared, resold or used by others.

Use restrictions

Your permission to use the Service is conditioned on the following. You agree that you will not:

  • post anything abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities;
  • harass, abuse, or harm another person or group;
  • use another user’s account without permission;
  • provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account;
  • interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper functioning of the Service;
  • make any automated use of the system, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network;
  • bypass measures we use to restrict access, or scrape, spider, crawl, harvest, or manipulate data; or
  • publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s device.

Fair use

Paid plans include unlimited HD exports, subject to fair use: up to 50 HD exports a day. Every account can have up to 2 exports in progress at the same time, loop templates included. Exports of loop templates don’t count towards the daily limit. The daily limit resets at midnight India Standard Time (IST); when you reach a limit, you can export again after the reset, or as soon as one of your exports in progress finishes.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through PayPal or Razorpay. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We email you before a yearly plan renews. You can cancel online at any time from My plan. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and nothing more is charged after that.

If we change a plan’s price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your content and conduct

You may provide content through your account (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post, upload, or otherwise make available. We act only as a passive conduit for its distribution, and reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion. By submitting User Content you agree that:

  • you are solely responsible for your account and the activity that occurs under it;
  • you will not post information that is malicious, false, or inaccurate;
  • you will not submit content subject to third-party rights (copyright, privacy, publicity, trade secret) unless you own those rights or have permission; and
  • we may determine whether your submissions comply with these terms, remove them, and terminate your account, with or without notice.

Any liability, loss, or damage resulting from User Content you access or make available is solely your responsibility. We do not, and cannot, pre-screen all User Content, though we may monitor or record interactions with the Service.

Online content disclaimer

Opinions, advice, statements, or other content made available through the Service by parties other than us are those of their respective authors and should not necessarily be relied upon. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such information and are not responsible for it. Although we strive to enforce these terms, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate or objectionable, and we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor or remove it.

Links to other sites and materials

The Service may provide links to third-party sites or content as a convenience. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. If you leave the Service to access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk and should review that site’s own terms and policies.

Copyright complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Take-down notices. If you believe in good faith that material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent: Onemaker Copyright Agent, Plot No. 3, Dariyapur, Post Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247451, India, support@onemaker.io (subject line: Copyright notice). Include: the date; a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act for the rights owner; a description of the copyrighted work; a description of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

Counter-notices. If you believe your removed content was not infringing, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, a description of the removed content and its prior location, a good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake, and your contact details. We may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the complaining party seeks a court order.

License grant

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, render and show your uploads only to run the Service for you: for example, to make your previews and exports and keep them in your account. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that sit in backups for a short time. We will not use your songs, voice or likeness in our own marketing without asking you first. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Your videos, templates and library content

Your uploads stay yours. The templates, effects, fonts we supply, and the music, video and images in our library belong to us or our licensors. We license them to you, we don’t sell them.

When you export a video, you may use that video for personal and commercial purposes, including on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and in ads or client work. That includes monetised channels. Paid-plan exports keep this licence after your plan ends. Free exports carry the Onemaker watermark, which you must not remove.

You may not:

  • take a template, library track, clip or font out of a video and use, share or sell it on its own;
  • resell templates or library items as templates or stock;
  • register library content with a content-ID or royalty service as your own; or
  • use library content in anything illegal, defamatory or hateful.

You need the rights to every song, lyric, image and video you upload. We do not license any song to you. If a platform flags a video for library music, contact us and we’ll help clear it.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Other product and business names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Electronic communications

Communications through the Service’s email and messaging systems do not constitute legal notice to us where notice is required by contract, law, or regulation. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically at the email address you provide, and you agree that all terms, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

We may also use your email address to send you other messages, including special offers. You may opt out of these by changing your account settings or contacting us — though opting out may stop you from receiving messages about the Service or special offers.

Legal notices to us go to support@onemaker.io and to Plot No. 3, Dariyapur, Post Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247451, India.

Grievance Officer (India): Onemaker.io, Plot No. 3, Dariyapur, Post Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh 247451, India, support@onemaker.io. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

Automatic features and free tools

Some features work automatically: lyric timing, translation (sent to Google’s Gemini API, see Privacy Policy), placing items on screen, and the free tools (Vocal Remover, BPM & Key Detector, Video to MP3, Pitch Shifter, BPM Changer, and Video Compressor). Their results can be wrong or imperfect, so check your video before you publish it.

The help chat is an AI assistant that answers from our help pages; its answers can be wrong, and it cannot change your account or your plan. The help chat is for users 18 and over.

Use the free tools only on audio and video you have the rights to. The free tools are offered as-is, with the limits shown on each tool, and we may change or remove them.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss from your use of files or content obtained from the Service.

Limitation of damages; release

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Onemaker, its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, or partners be liable to you for any loss of profits, use, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or connected with such disputes.

Refunds

See Refund Policy for when we refund a payment and how to ask.

Closing accounts; chargebacks

You can delete your account any time from Account settings. Deleting it also turns off your plan’s renewal; the plan runs to the end of its paid period. Our Privacy Policy says what is deleted and when.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, infringes others’ rights, abuses the fair-use limits or the free tools, or that we must close by law. Where we can, we tell you why first. If we close a paid account without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period.

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal, because we can usually fix it faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may pause the plan while it is reviewed.

Modification of these terms

We may amend these terms at any time and will update this page accordingly. It is your responsibility to review it from time to time; continued use signifies your agreement to any changes. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice and/or emailing the address you registered with, so keep your contact details current.

General terms

If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so. Our rights survive any termination of this agreement.

Any cause of action related to your relationship with us must begin within one year after it accrues, or be permanently barred. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

We may assign these terms in whole or in part at any time; you may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and that, together with our Privacy Policy, they represent the complete and exclusive agreement between us.
