Usually 40–80%. A phone recording has a lot of room in it; a file already compressed once has very little. Each card tells you its own estimate before you press.
Does it lose quality?
Some — that is what makes it smaller. Basic and Superb aim at the same quality and Superb works harder to reach it. Strong trades picture for the smallest file.
Any limits?
2 GB and 30 minutes a file. WebM stops at 5 minutes, because it takes about three times as long to make — MP4 and MOV go the full 30.
What happens to my video?
Your upload is deleted the moment the job finishes. The compressed file stays 24 hours, then goes too.
